Research and published tools

Research posts describe the methods, dates, and limits stated in each post. Results from a test do not guarantee the same result for another workload or provider. Check a tool's documentation and current release status before relying on it.

Software and downloadable materials with a stated license are governed by that license. These website terms do not take away rights granted by an open-source license. The availability of code or a download does not by itself include hosted service, provider credits, maintenance commitments, or priority technical support.

You may link to and share our public pages. Follow the license or permission notice attached to material you reuse. For permission not covered by a stated license, contact us.

Bookings and other services

Prices, session details, and cancellation terms for bookings appear on the booking page and in the booking flow. A separate written agreement may apply to consulting work. These website terms do not replace those terms or the terms of a linked app, course, or third-party service.

Voluntary support

The Support page currently offers ways to help without paying. There is no active tip or sponsorship checkout on that page. If payment options are added, their recipient, provider, and payment terms will be stated before payment.

Valente Labs is a for-profit business. Support for the business is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution. A voluntary support payment would not change your software license rights or buy provider usage, a managed subscription, or priority support.

Website access and privacy

Do not interfere with the website, bypass download limits, or attempt to access non-public materials. Pages and downloads may change or become unavailable. This does not alter the license of a copy of software you have already received.

The privacy notice explains this site's newsletter, booking, hosting, and contact data flows. The date above identifies the latest version of these website terms. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
